Recognizing the limitations of sustaining a pure trading operation in the evolving business environs and global connectivity era, Manu invested profits and efforts into several other successful ventures:
1. Co-promoted London’s largest co-living facility with a capacity of 550 beds.
Within 18 months of opening, the facility began averaging 98% occupancy.
The concept and facilities set a benchmark for other co-living facilities.
2. Started developing property/real estate projects in Malaysia and Australia from 1986 to 2000.
3. Co-promoted development of 3 prominent hotels in Sri Lanka from 2013 to 2017, – Ozo Colombo, Ozo Kandy & Amari Galle
4. Set up Vietnam’s first coffee decaffeination plant in 2005.
5. Developing a property in Berlin (since mid-2019)
6. And now, developing a major Dream-Residential-Housing project in Auckland, New Zealand
7. With a plethora of Commercial Real Estate projects in the pipeline.
